A couple of years ago I had a bad experience with one of the Managers at Kohls. I posted a review. Yesterday this same Manager assisted me. But omg I don't know what I would have done without her wonderful attitude assisting me. I had alot of returns from an online order for my little grandchildren (my granddaughter was with me asleep) Almost everything was too big; 3 items I needed her to check to see if they had additional reductions and then I also needed to pick up items I'd reordered in a smaller size for my granddaughter. I was a little ovawhelmed and was dreading the entire process. I felt comfortable sharing those feelings with her. We exchanged pleasantries and she managed to calm my anxiety. This manager was 100 on point. She did my transactions so smoothly and efficiently, she was simply awesome. She checked to see where my pick up items were located and Lord she then retrieved them for me. I was blown away with her sweet demeanor, her kindness, her empathy and her soothing confident spirit. I remember saying to her "oh God the line is long now". She said to me (can't remember her exact words) "don't worry". This experience at Kohls reminded me how good people can be, how we all have bad days..managers, staff and customers. Thank you Sherri. You were truly an angel !!!

I leave this store feeling disappointed and anxious every time. As someone who shops here occasionally and works part-time, the Kohl’s card just isn’t the right fit for me. What’s frustrating is how friendly and helpful the service is — until I politely decline to sign up for the card. I wish the level of customer service stayed consistent, regardless of whether I choose to join a program or not.

Kohls on Falls of Neuse and Durant Roads was a pleasure to shop in. The friendliness of staff and good selections of merchandise was great. The associate in Sephora was very helpful and even checked on line for the availability of the product I needed. We enjoy shopping there.
