Good inventory, poor customer service. Brought up some men’s clothes to the front to checkout. The cashier scanned them as women’s. When I advised it was men’s, she said it didn’t matter as the price was the same. However about 2 feet behind her on the wall, mens pants were marked at about $4 while women’s were $8. I’m not going to fight over 1 pair of pants but it’s literally right behind you. Additionally things were on the shelves without a price sticker on them meaning they could not be purchased. Why would things be on the floor if you cannot purchase them?

Please stop writing on everything with black permanent markers. There was a beautiful jewelry box that was ruined because they wrong the price right on the wood. This store also prices stuff ridiculous. Where is the good will? Just buy your stuff off eBay and you will get a better deal.

Staff lady was rude. Said she left a red cart to put clothes that people didn't want after being in the fitting room and loudly yelled "Did you hear me" to the person in the fitting room. Then when I was paying, she asked me with a rude tone "What is it" towards what was obviously a bed sheet.

Wouldn't sell my 6 year old daughter a stuffed snowman because your team failed to put a price on it. It was tiny and cheap material, you probably would've priced it at $1. Instead you'd rather see a sad girl walk out of the store. Horrible business

Went on a Sunday at 4:30 pm. Employee was an older lady and bumped into my 9 year old stepdaughter and didn’t say excuse me, sorry or anything. Was rude like it was an inconvenience to stop picking up stuff from the floor and take care of the 7 person long line she had waiting for her. Didn’t want to take the cat carrier someone had to the back to ask for a price, gave the manager attitude when he asked why she didn’t tell him she had a line. She’s always like this! If she doesn’t like/want the job then she should quit. Management needs to take care of her or move her to the back. Next time if she’s there I’m likely to talk to management in person.
