My daughter and I went to look for some clothes for the beginning of the school year and also to look for a backpack that she wanted in black. When we realized that we couldn’t find the backpack we looked for someone who could help us see if they had it in stock. We found an employee (I didn’t see her nametag) and my daughter asked her if she could please check if they had it and what the employee did was roll her eyes and sigh like she was annoyed she saw and told us that they didn’t have any… We continued walking and my daughter told me: did you see mom the face she made at me (my daughter is only 10 years old) and I told her that sometimes many people go to work with bad attitude with the customers so what we did was leave the store and took our money to another business … Khols please train your employees to give good service

This was my second unpleasant interaction with an employee at this location. This time, it involved an Amazon return. I even spoke with the store manager. She regarded it as a misunderstanding instead of apologizing, but I was addressing the employee's rudeness. I will not shop at this store in the future. It was a very unpleasant experience on Sunday morning.

I stopped by to return something I bought from Amazon and ended up buying other active wear. Kohl's offers Under Armour, Nike, among other brands. The store was organized and clean. On the first floor they have clothing and upstairs they have home and other things. I was on a rush but I'll be back to get more things. Note there is also Sophora inside the store and it's in the first floor right by the entrance. They have plenty of parking, they offer curbside pickup too. Good service.
