Is this what the end of the brick and mortar retail stores looks like? I guess if I didn't know how nice it was to shop here years ago, then I would not miss it. They did away with the number of staff, I understand. But they got rid of the price check scanners! I have to go look for the cranky and rushed employees, one of them didn't want to scan the items in question because (you guessed it) she was using her scanner to fulfill an online order. It was ironic, and sad.

My experience is with the Amazon drop off. Do pay attention the return is further inside the store. Not near the door. Bring a cart if you have a big item. The return went quickly. They had two agents. Even though the line was pretty long. Store seemed nice and well stocked. Although I ran in and out. And you get a store coupon if you do an Amazon drop off. Come early.

Went with my daughter who was having a hard time trying out clothing due to sensory issues. After we finally settled on some new school clothes she was a bit overstimulated. The cashier "damon" was so kind and understanding and let us take our time all while being efficient. He helped us open up an account with Khols. Its hard finding people who understand. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you 🫶

terrible customer service. only cashier waits until the line is so long that several people left the store before she even calls for backup. when she finally does call for backup, the other cashier finally comes up and she starts walking as slowly as possible and makes chit chat with the first cashier to drag out having to do the bare minimum of their job. and they announce they'll be closing their fitting rooms in 10 minutes at 7 and its already been closed since I entered the store over a half and hour ago, lol. what laughable staff, can't believe they get paid to do nothing and let the store run wild
