This Kroger is beautiful! It has everything! When I shop I like things to look good! I like the way this store is arranged and the lighting. It feels a little like Publix. The fruit section draws me immediately even if I wasn’t planning on getting any fruit.

The manager, Jeff has very poor management skills I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience truly needs to be addressed. I came to Kroger for one specific item — something important to me — and walked in expecting at least the basic level of customer service and support. Unfortunately, I walked away feeling disappointed and dismissed. To be fair, I did encounter two amazing employees who genuinely tried to help me. They were polite, attentive, and did their best within their roles. Their effort did not go unnoticed and I sincerely appreciate them for that. But what happened next left a lasting bad impression. When I asked to speak to a manager about my issue, I expected at the very least some empathy or an attempt to offer a solution. Instead, the manager looked me directly in the face and said, “There’s nothing I can do for you.” No apology. No suggestion for how we might improve the situation. No willingness to make the experience better. Just a cold dismissal. That’s unacceptable. As a customer — especially one who came in with a clear concern — I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect effort. I expect someone in a leadership role to act like they care whether I return. Instead, I was met with indifference. It felt like my presence and my issue didn’t matter. A simple: • “Let me see what I can do,” • “Here’s a suggestion,” • or even, “We appreciate your feedback — I’ll pass this along,” …would’ve gone a long way. But I got none of that. Kroger, do better. You have good employees on the floor doing their best. But if your management team doesn’t know how to show care or offer even basic customer resolution, then what message are you sending about the value of your customers? Until this is addressed, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Usually I enjoy coming here on Saturday mornings but, man something was off today. The cashier was rude after I went to bag the chips I was buying and continued to go on about our generations being very different. While this might have been true, it was pretty offensive and I felt a bit attacked as I was buying $200 worth of groceries.

I’m honestly shocked by how poorly I was treated today. I came into Kroger like I do almost every day to grab a rotisserie chicken — part of my regular post-workout routine. It’s something simple I count on, and usually it’s there without issue. But today, there were no chickens out at all — not one. Things happen, I get that. But what made this experience so frustrating was how the manager handled it — or didn’t handle it, I should say. When I asked about the chicken, he literally shrugged his shoulders and told me, “I don’t care. There’s no chicken. What do you want me to do about it?” That’s not just bad customer service — that’s straight-up disrespect. No apology. No explanation. No offer to check if more were coming. No effort to suggest an alternative or make things right. Just a cold attitude like my concern didn’t matter at all. As someone who shops here frequently, that’s not only disappointing — it’s unacceptable. I don’t expect miracles, but I do expect to be treated with basic decency and respect. That interaction made it clear that this manager didn’t care about the customer experience at all. If Kroger wants to keep loyal shoppers like me, they need to seriously reconsider who they have representing their brand on the floor. Until then, I’ll be rethinking where I spend my money.

They put in video gambling machines. The bar area where you used to be able to get a fancy beer? It’s become storage, disorganized tables, and the gambling machines. Which is really a summation of Kroger. Anything to make a quick buck, right, Kroger? Do yourself a favor and shop at Lidl or Aldi. Everything you buy will be cheaper, you’ll walk half as much, and the employees will probably be nice to you and actually help you.
