I ordered a vanilla coffee and honestly, it was terrible. It tasted sour — like old, stale coffee — and there wasn’t even the slightest trace of vanilla. Pretty sure it wasn’t made with espresso either, just regular drip or ground coffee, which didn’t help. This easily ranks in the bottom three vanilla coffees I’ve ever had. And for over $7 after tax? Totally not worth it. I’ve been to other locations of this franchise in different states, and this one is by far the worst in terms of both quality and price. Would not recommend.

It's a cozy spot with freshly brewed milk teas and tasty snacks that really hit the spot. I loved the Oreo Monster Bobo Latte and Creme brulee matcha milk tea. If you're in the mood for something savory, the Grilled Pork Banh Mi is a must-try. For cheese lovers, the Korean Cheese Coin is amazing! It's light, crispy, and has a melty cheese center that you can't get enough of. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to for my bubble tea fix!

I recommend this place if you don't like extremely sweet boba teas. I ordered no ice, no sugar milk tea with boba and got exactly what I expected. My only wish is for them to have a hot milk tea option.

Got Some Boba and Macaroons. The Boba is great! We got an Ice cream float with black boba and a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, which were amazing! I love Macaroons but these ones didn't have too much flavor. If you didn't tell me what they were before hand I probably couldn't guess off taste alone. Overall I'd definitely recommend the Milk Teas or Float. Pricing on the drinks was very fair (around 5.50) 3 Macaroons and 2 drinks was $22
