Great little Tea shop on the historic pearl street. I love this little place because you can tell the tea will be good. The staff is friendly and inviting. My cousin and I originally came here to keep warm from the winter cold. We were pleased to try milk tea her e it is definitely an experience. Definitely recommend this place to try some authentic tea!

Very cute place with an oriental styled tea room. Lovely place to rest. Unfortunately i wouldn’t recommend the boba. the tapioca pearls were undercooked and made my drink undrinkable. My friends got drinks without pearls though, and they were delicious!!

I stopped in for a vanilla rooibos tea and although the flavor of the tea was quite good, I was very disappointed in the boba being very hard. They hurt my teeth and made for an unenjoyable experience drinking the tea. I’d give it another shot because the flavor was good but really hope the boba would be softer.

I would like to preface with the fact that I rarely leave reviews, especially poor ones for places I enjoy. However, I was vastly disappointed. While I have enjoyed this business and their wonderful teas, I am still deciding if I will be back any time soon based on the service interaction I had two days ago. The store closes at 8pm, and at just about 7:30pm I got in line behind a couple to ask for advice about what quantity of teas I should get as a gift. I knew which teas I wanted as I have family that lives out of town that was gifted samplers and requested that we bring more when visiting. The older man behind the counter was clearly training a new employee. Training is stressful, yes, but that does not justify poor service. The man was friendly to the couple in line in front of me, and when it was my turn I approached the counter and asked my question. The trainee was quick to start to help, and was very kind. He was cut off by the man saying, “We have them in bags and we close soon so,” and then proceeded to gesture with his hands like he was shooing me away from the counter. The trainee was mortified, I was shocked, and the trainee was quick to jump out from behind the counter to help me locate the three teas I needed. For nearly $80 in tea and arriving well before closing, I think it is appalling to be shooed from a business that at its nature is peaceful and welcoming.

Stopped by for a quick drink while shopping in Boulder. There's many types of loose tea sold throughout the store. However, there's a cafe in the back that makes fresh teas. They have everything in both hold and cold from White, Green, Black, Oolong, Puerh, Yerba Mate, Caffeine Free, etc. It was a hot day, so everyone opted for the cold teas. There's a nice, peaceful sitting area just outside the ordering counter. There's about 3 tatami mat tables, 3 sitting tables, and some barstools. There's a nice fountain and plenty of natural light. Drinks were ready within 5 minutes and tasted great. Definitely high quality tea is used. Nice place to have a tea and relax in the nice sitting area.
