"Kym's" is a cute shop devoted to keeping children's clothing and toys in circulation after the initial use. The staff have always been friendly and in addition to deeply appreciating the mission, I also love the more curated but quite chill vibes of the store. The prices are quite reasonable, especially after some store credit, and they keep a good stock, especially for younger children, of the kinds of things children and parents will find very nice for the several months/few years that they are helpful and which then will suddenly be outgrown, often with plenty of life left. I couldn't be happier to keep supporting the wonderful people who run this shop (and small business!) and the "reuse economy" they support.

From clothes, to toys, to strollers—they have it all! They make it easy to shop by posting new items on their instagram page. On top of that, they also post recalls for products you might already have as a parent — which has saved me multiple times from having faulty items lying around my house! I went to their store off of 15th (north Seattle) for years! When my daughter was born (22 years ago) then six years later when our son was born. I went here both as a single mother (initially with my daughter) in need of decent/gently used, and affordable items like rain boots, etc. And, I would trade in bigger items in for in-store vouchers (or some system like this), which in turn helped me buy new items (they sold some new items/wooden toys/sets) for friends/family birthday gifts for babies or kids. It was life changing and saving for me at the time. I had no idea they moved locations-this makes me so happy that they are still thriving and available for the public! I was sad to see them leave their 15th location. Wonderful store with a huge heart and mission to serve the community. Cheers! 💗
