I have been following refind for a very long time and I feel like their description of the item and quality are very misleading they sold me a bag that is heavily stained and the stitching is coming apart. I did ask for pictures of the bag before buying it and they sent pics only of the areas not stained. When I reached out to them no response. Horrible business ethics. Pics of what I actually received and what was sent. Oh and I also have ss of the convo where the assoc says “there’s no stains”

I would not recommend for consigning. Their commission percentage and added fees for authentication are higher than most consignors, and they will haphazardly mark down your items on live shows, even if the item has only been in the store less than 5 days. This results in less payout than you would anticipate after being provided your initial pricing list. If you are looking to receive fair value for your precious preloved items, there are better consignors that run their business more professionally with upfront transparency and consistent pricing policies.

I can’t say enough good things about Jeannine and her Refind team of lovely ladies! I have purchased several 😉handbags and a few articles of clothing. I can’t say enough good things about the quality and prices of the items I have received. The Condition of every handbag and clothing has been pristine or new with tags. And if there is something to call out, they do so, and the price reflects the very minor wear. The handbag I received last night was sold as used and I’m not kidding, it is brand new! Other sites for this exact same handbag with considerable wear were as much as twice the price!!! Jeannine ( the owner) always says, if you shop on other sites make sure you check condition condition condition! They back up everything they sell with an independent certification of authenticity so you are 110% reassured you are getting an authentic luxury item. I can’t say enough good things about this Business. Thankfully , I don’t live closer🤣🤣

I have to start this review with a shout out to whomever is doing their hiring...Every single encounter with any employee, whether it's been in the store, consigning a piece, DMing on Instagram, on the phone, across the board, every touch point has been exceptional customer service. I live in Seattle, so I'm able to pop in the store and do, whenever I'm in the area. I don't dress up when i go out, I don't carry expensive bags, I don't wear obvious designer clothes and I drive an old truck. Shopping the luxury market anywhere in the world, I will be "greeted" with the-up-and-down what-are-you-doing-in-here glare which i find equally annoying and hilarious. The Refind is the exception. They are all so down to earth, smart, helpful and excited about helping me. I currently own a high end men's lifestyle brand, and I had a high end store in University Village for 15 years so I know both sides of luxury retail. I say that because the pricing at The Refind is exceptional. I "shop" every day and know fabrics, construction and pricing. The Refind consistently has "excellent" to "pristine" pieces priced to sell. They do have an occasional "good" condition item at which point they'll price it "as is" and it's a steal at that point. Bravo The Refind, you're killing it and it's so fun to watch a woman owned and operated business thriving. In a world where getting AI generated letters from businesses, the personal, caring attention I receive at The Refind is a breath of fresh Seattle air.

Just left this store. Horrible customer service. The man who greeted us was very friendly and told us where everything was. We walked past 3 sales ladies and not a single one even acknowledged us (3 of us) I actually went in to purchase a couple things I saw on their instagram, but being ignored except for saying good bye as we walked out was disappointing, won’t be back!
