The second I walked in there she gave me a dirty look and didn't say anything, and while I was shopping I kept smiling while she passed me but she'd give me an angry look back. I’ve tried calling multiple times over several weeks and have not been able to reach ANYONE to check my account balance. It doesn’t matter what day or time I call. Half the time the line doesn’t work and the other half the phone just rings and rings. I understand that this is a large company with multiple locations, but with the price point of the merchandise they sell you would think that they would be concerned about customer service. I do not understand why this can’t be an automated process or something you can check online. They could even hire staff specifically for this purpose since they insist on having it localized to one location. Very disappointing, otherwise this would be a 5 star review. I’ve had my items on consignment for 5 weeks and have only twice been able to check my balance (on 4/21 & 5/1) despite calling 9 separate times.

I am so disappointed with Lables lately. It used to be a high end resale boutique, but now it looks like a thrift store. Some items are not real brands, I can easily identify them as fakes, but marked and priced as authentic. So, ladies be careful and watch out for your merchandise. And lastly, message to a manager: Pease do not accept any items that are dirty, looking old, teared down, or with stains.
