We had a lovely experience here! My husband and I booked the Intro pack duet for private lessons and have been really happy with them so far. Parking was easy, the teacher was top notch with an engaging, challenging routine and good music. The space is airy and open while being small and has all the pilates bells and whistles you need. Booking online is a snap and the staff has been super accomadating!

I just finished a 3 session package for private instruction with Melina, and not only was the package a great deal for private lessons, but the lessons themselves were fantastic. Melina is an excellent teacher. She knows so much about alignment, anatomy, the importance of breath, etc. which really helps when learning proper form, and how to get the most out of each Pilates exercise. On top of that she is warm, fun, and both she and the studio really have the best vibe ever. I can’t wait to start group classes now, thank you Melina!! 🙏🏻❤️✨
