This place is awesome. I'm here nearly every weekend in the summer. The dock is very clean and surprisingly a good amount of parking. It is a bit hilly so there is no place to really hang out, but you're really there to go out on the water anyways.

A good buddy of mine had a moorage here in summer for about 6/7 years . The security was always pretty good and the dock was im working condition. Can't beat the location. Would recommend for seasonal moorage vs long term rental slip. Has a few nice dining options at the dock just outside of the gates.

Great location but the city siphoned off the rent money for other purposes and the facilities are in disrepair. To get out of the hole, the city is sending the remodel project off to Foss Marine. Will the City's plans disrupt one of the largest sailing fleets on Lake Washington?
