Our son has been attending the Power Ninja class from Life Ki-do at the Circle C Community Center for roughly 2 years now. Sensei Jonathan, and the rest of the Life Ki-do staff, are simply amazing. While the martial arts skills are great and giving our son a lot of confidence, it’s the life lessons that make us the huge supporters of Life Ki-do. Everyone is encouraged to be who they are, have fun, become more confident, but to always be mindful of how our actions can impact others. They are taught what it means to be a good friend and a good leader along with breathing techniques to calm themselves down. Our son has even said that at school he starts to get mad or frustrated and remembers to breathe and that he needs to be a good friend. Classes are kept loose for the younger kids and really helps keep our kid interested and wanting to continue his training and preventing burnout. We cannot recommend Life Ki-do enough.
