5AM workouts and 7AM haircuts from Yoshi @ms.yoshi_kai67 at the salon inside the gym is the perfect way to start a workweek. She always has me on point - about to show off in the office today!

I was really surprised by this Life Time location. It felt older, darker, and didn’t match the premium brand I associate with Life Time. Honestly, it gave off more of an LA Fitness—or lower—vibe. Fortunately, I was just visiting, because it would be tough to have this as a home gym. The hot tub area near the men’s locker room was noticeably dirty, and the lighting in the steam room was glaringly bright—more like a hospital wing than a relaxing spa. Not the experience I was expecting.

⸻ Extremely disappointed and concerned with the Kids Academy at Life Time Fitness. I brought my 3-year-old son to the Kids Academy expecting a safe and properly supervised environment. Instead, he was hit on the bottom by an older boy wearing a hard cast. My son was visibly upset and told me himself what happened — he felt violated and hurt. What’s even more concerning is that the staff never informed me about the incident. I only found out because my son had the courage to speak up. When I called to address it, all I was told was that they would “notify the parents” so it doesn’t happen again. That response is completely unacceptable. A child being physically hit, especially with a cast, is serious. Timeout is not an appropriate consequence, and notifying the parents later shows a complete lack of urgency or responsibility. The other child’s parents should have been contacted immediately, and I should have been informed when I picked my child up. This is not what I expect from a facility that promotes itself as family-friendly and safe. I’m very dissatisfied, and at this point, I do not feel comfortable leaving my child in their care. I hope Life Time corporate takes this seriously and puts proper protocols in place. Parents deserve transparency, and children deserve protection.

Not worth the price at all, wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for a gym. Fortunately, I have been grandfathered in at a lower rate, otherwise I would not pay the ridiculous $220+ monthly dues. The facility and equipment are out of date, half of the treadmills don't work, and for whatever reason they never get fixed. Lockers are consistently broken. The only good part of the membership for me is the included yoga classes, but at this rate they will probably make that an extra fee too... Very disappointing considering the absurd monthly dues that have gone up 3 times in the past year and a half. Unbelievable excuse of a Lifetime gym compared to the other Lifetime's in the suburbs... even compared to the LA Fitness's in the area that have invested in upgrading facilities. Do better.

Definitely not your “typical” Lifetime fitness, but still a nice gym. Very nice staff and trainers, and a very clean and organized facility. The weight room is significantly smaller than most Lifetime facilities, and the free weight area gets very busy during peak morning hours. The stretching/open area is limited to a very small space as well, but the cardio room is a nice size with plenty of available cardio machines. Overall a nice gym, but very surprised to see that this is considered a Diamond level facility.
