In my particular case, I traveled to the Galapagos Islands, departing from Mexico, where I reside. Everything was perfectly organized: flights, arrivals, hotels, connections, and every logistical aspect. The hotel in Guayaquil was excellent, with a wonderful buffet breakfast. The transportation to the Galapagos was also impeccable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our guides, Christian Saa and Ivan, who made this trip truly spectacular. Their knowledge, warmth, and professionalism made a huge difference. Moreover, the support they provided during all the activities — such as snorkeling, kayaking, and hikes — made us feel very safe at all times. On board the catamaran Delfina, the service was outstanding. The staff made us feel completely at home: everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and meticulous about every detail. The facilities were spotless and well maintained. From the host to the captain, the chef, the bartender, and the crew in charge of cleaning our cabins, everyone showed great professionalism and warmth. I’d also like to highlight the young crew members who took us to the islands on the zodiacs; they were equally wonderful. The bathroom in our cabin on the Delfina was spotless and very comfortable. It was well-designed, with enough space to move around easily. The shower had excellent water pressure and always provided hot water. Fresh towels were replaced regularly, and high-quality toiletries were provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Everything was kept perfectly clean and organized. Overall, it offered all the comfort and convenience we could have wished for during our voyage. In summary, absolutely everything was perfectly planned and carefully managed. It was an excellent and truly delightful experience, for which I am deeply grateful.

Exploring Alaska’s Coast aboard the Venture was a trip of a lifetime. The crew was excellent, naturalists fabulous, food great. I fell in love with Humpback Whales bubblenet feeing—brought tears to my eyes. I loved learning about wildlife. The ship amenities were perfect.
