I have been living at Linea Cambridge for the past year and overall it has been a great experience. The building manager Linh and Brian are both super helpful and kind. Orlando the maintenance person is super responsive and solves any issues we have promptly. Our neighbors are kind and friendly. The location is also great, the building is right by the bike path and close to the red line. The only downside that I would like to note are the appliances. The dishwasher and washer/dryer are a bit outdated. It’s a great building for families.

Lived here for 2 years out of necessity to be close to Harvard law……….. worst 2 years imaginable. This place is a poorly managed dump. If you call to try to fix anything you will be accused, belittled, and interrupted. Common area are swarmed by kids with parents who don’t even care. Below are pictures of how they leave the common area . Gym is amongst the grossest I have seen. Additionally me and my roommates and even some of our guests have left reviews and all have been deleted. For your own sanity and pocket stay clear of this place or any managed by nordblom

Great location and neighborhood, good amenities, clean and well-maintained, and super helpful management team led by Brian and Linh. We have spent ten years in Cambridge before moving to Linea Apartments and we regret not having done it before. This place is situated in a secluded but at the same time very well connected part of Cambridge, connected to a network of bike paths and immersed in nature. At the same time few minutes away from the red line. Our apartment is amazing, with great sunlight and a very peaceful environment, perfect for a family. The management team is very helpful and responsive. Thank you Linh, Brian, Graciela and Orlando!
