The log haven is definitely a unique experience. The food at atmosphere are spectacular. The experience complimented by the live pianist setting the tone for a special evening. It's such a beautiful venue that truly embodies the remarkable beauty of nature, making it a top choice for couples from near and far. The natural surroundings offer so many gorgeous photo locations, providing incredible backdrops regardless of the time of year! Some locations I particularly love include the stunning waterfall, the peaceful pond, and capturing moments amongst the trees. The restaurant itself has such a cozy and inviting setting that wonderfully connects with both the couples and their guests, creating a warm atmosphere. Working alongside Faith, the incredibly talented event manager, is always a pleasure; her warm personality and outstanding organizational skills contribute to making the photography experience both smooth and fun. We came in a larger party for my little brothers 18th birthday! To start the area is beautiful, the dim lighting and piano background makes for a relaxing dinner. The food was amazing all around. Between all of us we had the crab cakes, quail, and fried cauliflower for apps and we were pretty pleased with all of them! For entrees, we had the prawns, bison, filet and the tuna! The bison and the filet were definitely the favorites. Cooked perfectly, great flavors and good size portions. I’m knocking off a star for the service. As our waiter seemed less than please to have a table of 7 people for a 7:00 reservation. At what point he made a pretty condescending comment to my husband, which left us a little displeased but we laughed it off and tried to finish out our night with great desserts. Highly recommend the crème brûlée

The most beautiful restaurant 25 minutes from Salt Lake City. You drive through a park in the mountains and pull up to the free valet parking. You walk up into the beautiful cabin restaurant and we were asked if we wanted to dine inside and out which is a tough call because both are stunning. We chose outside because of the beautiful nature aspect, and the waterfall! Our server was extremely helpful. I took every one of his recommendations and I was not disappointed. I had the cocktail that has the apple flavours in it and it was so delicious!! For mains we got the Wagyu and the bison and both were phenomenal! The sides included with the bison which were the brussel sprouts and the duck fat potatoes- both were exquisite and I wanted so much more! To finish the meal, we took his recommendation again and had the banana coconut soufflé, which was amazing. So delicious and so different than any dessert that I’ve ever had. If I am ever back in Salt Lake City I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. It is a must stop! Everything about it was perfect!

This was a treat we gave ourselves, one that don’t do that often. The dinner above all expectations. Jill our server was superb and the best we have experienced. The manager Ian was very nice and attentive. My husband had the Adobo Chicken and was excellent and tasted authentic (he said he think they have a Latino cook back there, lol). I had had Elk with Brussels Sprouts and loved them, even though I have not like Brussels sprout before ( my husband said he thinks there a Belgian cook next to the Latino , lol). If you decide to try restaurant, you won’t be disappointed. If the food quality doesn’t make the price worth it, the service from Jill will.
