Honestly I recommend this place for anyone. My little guy is part of family since kindergarten , yes it’s part of family because you feel how others care for you here!!! The sensei Marek is very kind, genuine and shows how much jiu jitsu can positively impact a person if they simply decide to step on the mats. Try a class, you won't regret it and it just might change your life for the better. 🥰

Marek gave me the best massage of my life. I work on a computer all day so held a lot of tension and stress in my neck, back and shoulders. After the first treatment, I felt a tremendous release. After the recommended maintenance, my back no longer bothers me and I just come in every other month. I highly recommend him for massage. And based on the quality of the massage I received, would assume his Jujitsu school and yoga classes are equally of high quality.
