Absolutely loved this nail salon. Emma was amazing at doing my nails and I loved her energy. Reminded me much of back home in LA and I loved the authenticity and especially my manicure. I was really looking forward to a relaxing mani-pedi on Thursday afternoon — especially after seeing the salon’s amazing 4.9-star reviews. The staff was polite, and the space seemed clean and welcoming at first, but unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. Without any heads-up, they began my manicure and pedicure at the same time. I was hoping to unwind, but instead found myself in an awkward position that prevented me from turning on the massage chair. It felt overstimulating rather than soothing. I gently expressed this, but sadly my concerns weren’t really acknowledged. The service was very quick — everything was done in about 15 minutes, with no real soak, soap (which was shocking), or even the brief massage that other salons typically offer- it was a quick dry rub. I noticed that other guests were offered drinks, but I wasn’t, which left me feeling a little overlooked. I was also asked to sit for over 30 minutes afterward to let my nails dry, only to find out they don’t have drying fans or the drying spray or the ability to wrap my feet in plastic wrap like other salons do. I had specifically asked for my hand nails to be evened out, but was told they’d "look fine" with polish — they don’t :( They're super uneven. And unfortunately, the polish chipped almost immediately. I took photos and have attached because it was honestly disappointing, especially since I had them done for Mother’s Day weekend. I would also like to mention that it was not busy and they never expressed to me that they had other appointments and were "fitting me in" as a favor. I really wanted to love this place and can see why others might have had a better experience. But mine felt rushed, impersonal, and ultimately not worth the price. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended — because with a little more attention to care and communication, this salon could truly live up to its reputation.

During a year of living in LA , this was my go to nail salon. I always went to Nina. She’s so sweet and so patient. I left LA and I returned to visit. Luckily I was able to book an appointment with Nina. I haven’t been at Luchic for about 8 months. The service is still the same. Shana was extremely helpful too ! I recommend this salon to anyone who wants great customer service and hospitality.

My first time going there as I happened to be in the area. I’m so happy I walked in. The nail technician was fantastic. The way she did my pedicure is impeccable. I truly haven’t had my nails done so good like that in a very long time. She’s now my favorite nail technician. Also the nail salon is clean and organized. I’m sure it’s well managed. I’ll definitely come back soon!

First off, the woman doing my nails had to be told 3 times not to make my nails shorter. I have natural long nails. She kept telling me, " Shorter nails are cuter." Ma'am that is not what I asked for, nor do I care about your opinion. 2. Both my daughter and I had horrible pedicures. The guy doing my toes cut my toes several times. I cried out multiple times. Meanwhile, the lady doing my nails kept filing my nails down to her length. Im mad at this point. The older lady doing my daughter's just shook her one leg, put lotion on just one, and took SO long to do her pedicure she didnt have time to do anything else. The positive reviews are not for the 3 people we got that day. If I get an infection in this toe, you will see me again on your doorstep!
