*Do not recommend for dip powder* This is my second time going to M. Vince. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful ambience, which is much more modern and clean than most places. In the past, I’ve gotten standard gel manicure and pedicure without a problem. However, this time, I asked for the dip, which is what I get at Tina’s Nails in Canton. But I was meeting a friend so we decided to go here instead. The pedicure was great by the African American woman. Very professional. But when it came to getting the dip on my nails, the service was not the same. I was serviced by the lady in the last row closest to the pedicure section. The second seat on the left side. 1) She came to the station somewhat annoyed and rushing for some reason. She had me dip my nails in hot acetone which burned. I pulled my hand back saying that it was too hot. She seemed unbothered by my concern. Instead, the lady in the first seat on the left side (next to her) gave some concern and offered to add paper towels to the solution to make it cool down. 2) She was very heavy handed and harsh with my hand. A couple of times I said, “Ouch”. Again, she was unbothered and did not change the amount of pressure she gave to my hands. 3) When I tried to offer feedback on the nails, she kept shooing me off, saying “Have you been here before? Where are you from?” Almost like, you should know we do good work here, relax. Aka shut up. Again, I had met a mom-friend there for a relaxing spa day. I didn’t want to make a scene or keep going back and forth with her because I came there to relax. However, I’m very disappointed in how inconsistently the dip was laid, how rugged the nail line came out, and how lumpy my nails are in certain places. I much more prefer how Tina’s Nails in Canton does dip powder. I will definitely think twice about coming here again.

I got a manicure and a pedicure at MVince on July 11 2025. The experience at the salon was very nice and the staff was friendly and professional. However: - The next day my finger nail polish started to peel and chip - refer to the pictures. I had to remove it the next day. - Ten days later, the toe nail polish was chipping as well. See picture. I don't get manicures and pedicures often but I've never seen this before. Manicures should last at least 3 days and pedicures longer especially at the distal end of the nail! It seems that the nail polish is of poor quality - I am very disappointed and would not go back to this salon.

I have been getting my nails done consistently at MVince for over a year now and they are all I recommend! I work with my hands all day and they are strong nails that never chip or break! I typically get a GelX manicure and you can’t go wrong with a pedicure. I see a lot of Michigan students and I wouldn’t steer them wrong - MVince is the place to go!!! Wondering who to see?? M. Vince’ Nails is where it’s at! This place is not only the nicest but the cleanest nail salon that I have ever been to. Not to mention, the nail receptionists are so nice! Right off the bat you are welcomed in and feel so comfortable. The nail technicians are also so SO talented! They want your nails to look better than you want them to! I just got my nails done today and I couldn’t be happier with them! Shoutout to my nail tech!! I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here, you will truly find no better salon!

Paid $100+ for a Gel X set with designs, first nail popped off after 9 days. Design was cute and the nail tech certainly exceeded my expectations - however longevity of the set is another topic. Can already start see lifting on my other pinky. Quality here used to be so much better, certainly has gone downhill.
