Iconic venue for a concert! Past that it's the same as any other major hockey or basketball arena but older, but that is what makes it iconic. There are a few displays of some of the history and historic events that happened here or past versions of the Garden. One strange thing on my trip was that all the escalators were shut down. Most other arenas I have been at have them all going down.

Forgot how awesome this arena is! Had a great time. The show was sold out but we were still in and out of the stadium in mere minutes. Drinks were expensive but I think that is just to be expected these days.

MSG arena was packed on a Thursday night for the stunning Requiem Tour by Keshi along with support by Starfall and Mac Ayers. I secured a mobile ticket a few hours before the event for Section 117 - Row 12. Security and Check-In staff got the lines moving. Performances started at 20:00. There was no wait time when entering around 19:15. The view and audio quality was great. Seats were comfy and everyone around me was wholesome which added to a great concert experience. For General Admission, it’s best to line up early for rows toward the front but the view from the far back is not bad. Plus, there is more standing/dancing room. You could also lean on the back barricade if standing for a few hours is a bit difficult. *** A handful of attendees needed medical assistance during performances. Please stay hydrated with water! ***

I forgot how amazing a venue the Garden is!! All the anticipation and excitement I felt as a NY city girl came rushing back, even from when I was a young adult going to events. How can you ever forget the excitement of the circus here as a kid or taking your own kids to the same circus and then when they’re older the Jingle Ball- from good seats to obstructed views to box seats with food and drinks served it’s all amazing! New Yorkers know how to have a great time! If you’re coming from out of the city, of course there’s the parking costs and avoid the Lincoln Tunnel lane at all costs, lesson learned ten years ago- one minute you’re in the city next you’re headed to NJ. I’ve sharpened my aggressive driver skills since a decade ago. Nothing beats the excitement of a major headliner at the Garden, a basketball game or a sold out concert!!!

I was fortunate to witness history being made by Zakir Khan—the first Indian artist to perform at Madison Square Garden in Hindi. What a night it was! The venue, the vibe, and the atmosphere were simply fantastic and unlike anything else. The gates opened at 6 PM, and entry was smooth with no rush. Even though I was seated in Section 210, it was easy to find my way. The show itself was unforgettable—Zakir made us proud. There were moments that moved us to tears; he truly is a magician with words and emotions. The energy inside MSG makes every performance feel special. The acoustics are surprisingly good for such a massive space, and the overall setup really amplifies the experience. Being in Midtown Manhattan, the location is super convenient—accessible by subway, train, or even on foot if you’re exploring nearby. Security and lines were well managed, and the staff kept everything running smoothly. Seating is comfortable, though higher sections can feel a bit steep, as expected in arenas. Food and beverages are definitely on the expensive side, but considering the venue and the experience, it feels worth it. Madison Square Garden truly lives up to its name as “The World’s Most Famous Arena.” More than just a venue, it’s an experience. And on this night with Zakir Khan, it was nothing short of historic—an evening I’ll never forget.
