We had an amazing time at the iO Theater this weekend, seeing ComedySportz by Marlarkey Comedy! Before attending, I called with questions about the space and show to make sure it would work for our family, including our son with sensory sensitivities. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Not only was the show hilarious, but the kindness and thoughtfulness of the team made it even better. Nice show, good for a few laughs. My 13 year old wanted to see this show for his birthday and he had a decent time. Show varies and is based off of crowd interaction. Kid friendly, however my toddlers were bored of it by the end and my husband had to step into the lobby area during the last set as to not disturb the other guests. It is a small production and feels more personal then when attending larger sets/shows. Everyone got to participate at some point. You could tell the comedians were having a good time.
