This review is primary for Pickleball. The rec center is really old about 73 years old and the staff is great but it needs a major overhall if you want to play some decent Pickleball on 3 courts. My son has been coming here for almost 3 years. Erica, Osvaldo and Ms. Maria have been awesome! The recreation has over 40 students and they do great taking care of all of them, which is not an easy thing to do. Ms. Maria is in charge of six different sports throughout the season and she leads, disciplines and treats all the students like they are her own. I appreciate all the hard work that the recreation team had done in the three years that my son has been there.

I grow up in this neighborhood. Marcus Rec Center was my favorite sport spot, they offer after school programs and summer camps. They have a small gym and few other activities. Mrs. Maria, Mrs. Erika, Mrs. Shirley and the other staff were always very attentive and friendly. Mrs. Maria was always helpful and coordinated (or still does) the sports programs. My family and I will always be appreciated for the opportunity to be part of all these programs and community. Thanks Mrs. Maria - my expirence at the rec definitely wouldn't be the same without your guidance, opportunities, and support. Sincerely- Roman Rivera Attendance 2013- 2022

Took my dog for a quick walk. Park is next door to an elementary school, has a playground, basketball and tennis courts, covered picnic area with a grill. Also next to a small rec center (?). Has a very nice, well kept walking park and an adult community center. Located in a residential area, this park is convenient for all age groups.

Maria is totally mean and disrespectful, towards children and their parents. The rec center has done NOTHING to reprimand her and it’s getting out of hand with how she talks to the public. She is a public servant but acts more like a public nuisance. Enough is enough.
