This place was great. Love the crispy fish and chips and plenty of great outdoor seating with great views. This was one of the better fish and chips places I’ve been to in Seattle. I really enjoyed how crispy the fish was. The kimchi sauce was interesting, but my daughter loved it. There’s tons of outdoor sitting with great views as you’re sitting right up to the water. The service is OK, and the places nice and somewhat clean. I’d totally come back for the fish and chips. Seems like a great place for you too guests from out of town

Firstly, the views alone from this restaurant are breathtaking. The service is fast and friendly. The food tasted just like I had remembered from living on Oahu as a child. It was the perfect walk down memory lane.

Tasty Hawaiian food right on Alki Beach. They have a big patio seating area, plus plenty of indoor seating. The kimchi fried rice is tasty and satisfying, though I'd prefer a little more actual kimchi. The tocino (Hawaiian bacon) is really good, probably the best thing I tried. The mac salad is fine but nothing special. For dessert, the malasada is super tasty, and make sure you get it with filling. When I visited, they also had mini coconut loaves on special and they reminded me a lot of the sweet loaves I'd find all over when visiting Hawaii. And I'd highly recommend the shave ice, which is flavored with house-made syrups. Even a regular is plenty big enough to share with a friend. Pro tip: Skip the li hing mui powder—it overpowers the already delicate shave ice flavors—but definitely add some ice cream.

Great place for a happy hour beer place. I took the ferry from Seattle to West Seattle just to take a ride on the Puget sound and the trip did not disappoint. It was fun to get on a ferry and observe the surroundings. It was nice to sit down and relax from the hustle and bustle of visiting pikes market and the view of Seattle is amazing from West Seattle. We shared a picnic table with a local who is warm, friendly and engaging.

I hardly leave bad reviews, but this warrants one. My friend got 2 tacos with pork and "signature slaw." The "slaw" was just whatever came out of the shredded cabbage mix bag from the grocery store...NO SAUCE just dry cabbage. The pork was dry, chewy, and flavorless, and the tacos ALSO had that dry cabbage mix on top. It was so sad. My fries were overcooked. The fish wasn't bad. The only real winner was the Kimchi tartar sauce, which was delicious. The views are great, but man, I was so disappointed with the food.
