I went in to return something but had lost the receipt so I asked if a store credit was possible. Before addressing other ways to look up how the order was purchased or find the order history the manager started accusing me of stealing and trying to return something I hadn’t bought saying “how do I know you didn’t take this off the shelf and walk up here, there’s no bag.” I thought that was an extremely disrespectful thing to say to a customer instead of simply asking me to look up my phone number or the card I bought it with. Definitely won’t be returning here.

Terrible customer service and rude employees. While in the store an employee very rudely said “Jesus Christ” after my son had screamed. (One time). We were standing right there so she knew we could hear her. I understand that kids are not everyone’s jam but at your place of work you’d think you would keep it to yourself. You shouldn’t work in customer service if you don’t understand kids are not always quiet. Sometimes they need a naps or are hungry.

Not as clean as one would hope -- the staff ask if a shopping cart is needed and if so what size (small / large), carts sanitized in front of customers then handed to them, dressing rooms are still closed due to Covid. This place have a little something for everyone including holiday decor.

May 21, 2025 around 7 PM. I took my son to this store looking for a belt for a four-year-old. There was an employee next to me about 10 feet. I said excuse me, can I ask you a question she turned around and walked away I said, excuse me, and walk towards the front 3 to 4 more times she completely ignore me. I asked another employee is there a manager here and they stated she was the manager completely rude and unprofessional, so I would not recommend. I asked another employee how do I file a complaint. Moreover, before this location moved a few doors down I walked into the old location a few days before they completely moved and it was 90% empty. I asked a lady at the front counter wow what happened she got an attitude and pointed to the moving sign that I didn’t see posted on the back wall and turned her head. This is a pattern of rudeness, unprofessionalism and terrible customer service. I have shopped at Marshalls for 15 years buying dress pants for work but I will not return again and make sure my friends and family do the same.
