I waited about 15 mins waiting to see if someone would come to the door. I would consider this place unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend it to others trying to sell their belongings. Please don’t set an appointment time if there will not be an employee there to assist. Considering the fact I drove over 40 mins for this appointment. Very disappointing
