Bartender or owner is so weird. Came with a friend to drink some beers. Sat down and was immediately treated like if we were to leave the place dirty. At least talk to us first and get a sense of who we are. I am not sure if we were people of color or we were just too happy and that person wanted to transmit their negative energy.

Once again, I like this bar, Food and drinks are good. One problem with Bartender ( MURPHY ) he is so sensitive like a female, be aware of him, he is the worst Bartender I ever met,!!!!! He is not a people person, he very disrespectful, he doesn't know how to talk to a person, he treat all customers mean, !!!! his attitude is terrible, For many years of going to this bar, too many problem, with ( MURPHY ), enough is enough, I can spend my money elsewhere, I am definitely done with this place. Came in with a soccer team ready to drink beer and celebrate- older bald(ing) bartender was mad every time he was asked to poor a beer. Charged auto gratuity on cash tips- just horrible service.

Bartender didn’t seem terribly interested in friendly customer service, but I got my beer in reasonably quick fashion. The Guinness pour was atrocious though, the head is double the size what it’s supposed to be. And it’s not served in a proper Guinness glass. For a proper pint head down to Carlow East! Ambiance and pool table are nice tho.

The bartender is not friendly, she lack customer service skills. She extremely annoyed with her customers. She doesn’t take orders very well, not friendly and looks very sad. I left and went to another bar.
