Incredibly clean and tidy considering the significant amount of foot traffic that comes through daily. When visiting the Chanel fragrance section (2nd floor), I was greeted and assisted by the most pleasant and customer centric person I've ever encountered - Maria. While I enjoy fragrances immensely and have a fairly extensive collection, my interaction with Maria was about 95% of why I chose to make a purchase today (Bleu de Chanel Parfum). She was such a joy to work with, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and provided information prompting you to think before purchasing. She doesn't sell but rather helps you buy - I admire this characteristic in a retail professional. Whenever I'm in town again I will visit this store and likely buy again solely because of Maria! Absolutely a must do if you’re visiting from another country. I doubt you have seen anything like I know I certainly hadn’t! The floors are flourishing with luxurious goods and the employees are helpful and friendly. Loses a point cause the sale rack for shoes didn’t go up to a US13 which was disappointing particularly for a store of such bountiful stock! Didn’t stop it from being a must do though!

It was so nice to walk around and view all the luxurious items. On top of that, everyone was friendly and was very informative of all the questions I had asked.
