We had an unforgettable Turkish dining experience at **Meyhouse**! We kicked off lunch with the *Kopoglu*—oven-roasted eggplants and tomatoes on yogurt—bursting with flavor. Next, we sampled the *Girit* (Turkish sheep’s milk cheese with pistachios) and the *Ahtapot* (roasted octopus on fava butter), both of which were as unique as they were delicious. And let's not forget the freshly baked bread, served with a complementary dip, which was so soft and addictive, we couldn’t stop tearing off pieces! For the main course, we savored the *Cemenli Tavuk*—chicken breast marinated in yogurt and fenugreek, paired with fluffy rice. We also had the *Levreck*, a perfectly cooked Branzino served with a generous side of greens. The combination of flavors was both novel and comforting, leaving us craving more. When it came to dessert, we were absolutely spoiled. My son devoured the *Profiterole*—cream-filled pastry puffs drizzled with chocolate and topped with pistachios. My daughter went for the *Sutlac*, a Turkish rice pudding with a perfectly browned top. My husband and I shared the *Kunefe*, which was simply divine, especially when paired with vanilla ice cream and pistachio crumbles. Every dessert was a standout, each one more irresistible than the last. The service was impeccable—prompt, friendly, and our host made us feel right at home. **Meyhouse** is a must-try for anyone craving a memorable Turkish meal with heart and soul!

We tried the chef's menu for dinner, which includes fried cold/hot appetizers, main courses, and desserts. There are options for vege, meat, and seafood. The grilled octopus is my favorite and very flavorful. The fish tastes a bit plain at the beginning, but after we packed and reheated at home, it got better. Lamb is find and pretty standard taste. Appetizers are good to try. Overall nice dining experience!

We came to listen to jazz here on Saturday night : FRANK MARTIN with MICHAEL O'NEILL QUARTET. We’ve never been to the restaurant before , nor did we know about the jazz until the day off. Both music and the food were out of this world. We got the chefs tasting menu which I highly recommend, I think every appetizer and dish that the chef picked was outstanding. This is now one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Musicians were amazing! All four of them : the technique, the music selection and the fun! To add to that, the restaurant decor, attention from our servers and the beautiful energy all around. We’ll be back for sure!

One of the better Turkish restaurants in the Bay Area - the food is good and ambiance/service great. I was here on a Sunday for dinner and the place was pretty crowded. We had the octopus and artichoke for appetizers - both were fantastic. Main was branzino and grouper - well prepared and fresh. Not a huge fan of the side salad. Pricey.

The food and service were both excellent! We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday here. We ordered a variety of dishes and definitely couldn't finish them all. Everything was delicious, with the standouts being the lamb chops and the antrikot rib eye. While the other dishes were good, they weren't necessarily worth the price. The service was attentive, with our table consistently cleaned, water glasses refilled, and frequent check-ins from our server. However, our table's location near a high-traffic area resulted in frequent bumps from rushing servers and other diners. Despite the spaciousness of the restaurant, we were placed in a less than ideal spot. We moved our table ourselves, but the issue persisted. Despite this, our server was fantastic, and we didn't let it ruin our evening. This was a one-time experience that we enjoyed overall!
