It’s a scam! They comment on all negative reviews (people who seem to have had the same experience) saying it’s the wrong company etc but we booked directly with the website connected to this page. They took our deposit money and sent us to a sketchy car park, no one showed up, they also have not answered any of our calls or messages. Coincidently they say closed Fridays and Saturdays is not indicated on the website and allow people to book on those days with take deposits. A good customer service practice would be to apologise for any misleadings. It’s a shame as we were very excited, maybe if we received any answer to our calls or messages with a simple explanation things would have been different.
