I spent $500 to have to albums framed at this location. When I received them, there were a large number of mistakes in the framing. For example, the mounts were supposed to be wire hangers; they were not. The vinyls were both supposed to be on the right side of the frame with the album covers on the left, they were not. I was given a gold frame instead of a silver frame. The album cover was reversed, displaying the wrong side. When I asked for these things to be fixed, the employees admitted that one of their personnel has just not been doing wire hangers because it is inconvenient. They showed me the order form showing that the vinyls were supposed to both be on the right side, but somehow even though they clearly were not, they refused to even admit that this was done wrong. I asked if they could either fix the errors or give me a refund, they refused to do either of these things. I will not come back and would recommend that you find a different place to frame your stuff.

Edit: Spoke with someone working there to see if they had it in the back, and she said, and I quote, "Yeah, it's probably back there. But there's so much stuff back there and we're short handed so I'm not going to be able to find it." Like what?? What the heck do you get paid to do then?? Didn't even ask what I was looking for, just immediately jumps to "nah, can't". Holy cow this place needs a reality check. No wonder the shelves are always empty, y'all ain't got anyone that can be bothered to restock. Original: Literally the worst. The amount of times I've driven here because it says they have like 5-10 of something in stock only to find out they have NONE is ridiculous. Stop showing stock if y'all don't know how to keep it updated. It wastes so much of people's time.

Worst experience dealing with the associates and managers here. I moved to Austin from Dallas 3 months ago and regularly visit this location because it’s next to my apartment. In that short period of time I have had 5 unpleasant experiences relating to their inability to honor their sale signage in the store. Each time I planned to purchase an item because it was on sale with a clear sign with the price on it above the item on the shelf. Each of these items rung up for a different non-sale price…. To which I asked for help. The associate I dealt with for each incident is someone who instantly gets an attitude when the item rang up with the wrong price, who audibly sighed and then rolled her eyes… I said I could show her the sign that states sale price. Once I showed her the sign which was in front of the items …she took it down and claimed it was the wrong price… I asked her to please honor the price that it shows to which she instantly said no with an attitude. So I asked for a manager and each time a manager refused to honor the price shown. I am commenting today to make people aware of their awful customer service and refusal to honor their prices at this location. I have never been looked down upon nor treated so poorly in my life. This location needs to let go of their entire staff of employees and start over. I intend to contact the regional manager about my experiences.

Buyer beware. You cannot return items bought online to the store. I bought an item on Michaels.com. My item arrived damaged and I tried to return it to the store. They refused to take my return and told me I need to get an ups return label from Micheals.com and take it to an ups store. An additional trip for the customer when the item they shipped to me arrived damaged.
