Tried to buy a picture frame I saw online. Price is $30 more in store. Store won’t honor the online price. I could order online but the sales associate can’t estimate when it can be picked up. It’s literally in my hand and I’m in the store with money but I can’t buy it unless I pay $30 more than the advertised price. So frustrating, and employees are clueless.

I ordered two 24x30” shadowboxes for pickup. I went to pick them up and one of them was straight up CRACKED glass and the other had scratches everywhere. These are expensive shadowboxes and they were trying to give me broken and damaged products. When I asked the manager, he could not have cared any less. He just said well then get a refund and was super RUDE. Had to drive 20 minutes for these just to have them all just completely busted and 0 apology or anything from the manager. I just don’t understand why people have to be so rude/mean to a total stranger.
