Legitimately the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Asked a pair of clerks for help finding a product (the website was wrong) and they, reluctantly, pointed me vaguely in a direction. Still couldn't find the product, so I asked again and one of the clerks pretended to look around before saying she would look it up in the store system and walked away. I caught up with her a moment later and she was busy buying snacks for herself instead. She never followed up with me. This store is a

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Decent selection of seed beads. All of the artist pens (singles) were under lock and key which is slightly annoying if you're looking to test out some new pens before buying. The clearance section was overflowing, good bargains to find, but you have to dig.

Set aside time if you come here and you are an acknowledged dreamer, a creative person, or you can look at things and see the potential. There are little gems scattered throughout the store, they are not always front and center on the endcap or isles. But looking at everything is half the fun, right? They have a tiny candy bar-type section, wish they had soft energy bars and Gatorade - you need it because time stops when you enter the door. When you exit, dont be shocked to discover that it’s 3 - 4.5hrs later! Go, enjoy and above all - create!

Terrible experience. I will not be shopping here again. I spent 10 minutes waiting at the fabric table after pushing the button, then tried looking for someone, and it was another 10 min. before I finally grabbed someone. Then, the coupon (see pic below) that says 30% off all regularly priced items wasn't working, so I managed to find an employee for that, only to be told it's only for ONE item. I had about 10 rolls of ribbon that I put back, disgusted with Michaels marketing dept. That is DECEPTIVE MARKETING. The only bright spot was Clair, who tried very hard to help me.

For the creative and non-creative person. This place has everything. It's a bit pricey but they have so much and you could get lost in the store with all of the ideas that start flowing through your head while shopping.
