Went here a few times since 2017 to date. I wish this place had a more inclusive vibe. It’s the typical “click” vibes here. I was so excited to have a shop somewhat close when I moved back to Utah. I sincerely miss my Scrapbook Barn in Mesa, AZ that has the nicest ladies who were inclusive to everyone and I miss that community vibe!! Still cool to shop once in awhile but last time the 3 things I went for were out. I think I’ll stick to online shopping. Also, the hours are very weird. Check their hours or if they are open prior to heading out there.

I purchased a doodlebug card kit, NOT one of their premade kits. The boy birthday kit was perfect with instructions, card bases - everything in tact. When I went to make the girl birthday kit, the card bases were missing, the paper was already cut, ephemera pieces missing. Obviously someone had used it and I was sold a used kit. Accidents happen, but when I wrote and told the store about it at first I felt I was not believed because a response said they assemble every kit. Obviously did not read that it was a doodlebug kit. Got a simple apology and a small gift will be included. I was just disappointed because the response was less than what I had hoped for. At least a couple apologies and I really don't want a small gift - which I am sure they will forget to include as they are so busy, but a partial refund or store credit would have been nice. It most likely I will still purchase from them, but will be cautious as sto what type of kit I will by.
