I only give compliments about this store, the sales associate Francesco and the cashier Spencer. In addition, I bought a laptop two weeks ago and the laptop came with a factory defect, and I took it back and the store exchanged it for me. The Micro Center staff are attentive, patient, knowledgeable about technology and kindness, also, the manager is very polite and cares about the customer.I particularly felt very happy that the store appreciates the customer's satisfaction and values the customer as a priority. The company complies with the customer satisfaction policy. Thank you so much Micro Center and I recommend it for sure.
