JUNE 26, 2025. I have shopped at this Micro Center location numerous times since they opened in the 1990's. I have always been helped by Associates who seem to genuinely care about the customer. Today I had several questions pertaining to different issues. David Thompson has assisted me for many years, but he was not working Thursday. No problem. Retail Sales & Merchandise Associate Phillip Sternitzke answered all my questions, and spent time researching and providing important documents that he printed out. During the checkout process Cashier Yusef Scafuto could not locate the 501(c)(3) non-profit information in the database. (It probably had expired, and needed to be renewed.) No problem. I had all the information, and he helped me to quickly fill out a new form and complete the transaction. Edmond Karcanaj was there also. This transaction was not the "Big Sale of the Day" for Micro Center, but I have referred hundreds of people & businesses over the past decades to this outstanding location. Some of those sales were for thousands of dollars. Thank you Marvin M. So whether your electronic or computer needs are large or small, Micro Center will assist you with them all. All of these Associates were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Good people + good products = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews, and positive referrals. Great customer service! Thank you all very much!

Visited this MC several times, and was pleasantly treated every time. I bought a RAM kit recently and an employee made an honest mistake (it was on me too for not checking the receipt before driving off), and after calling them back, custom support helped me resolve the issue almost immediately even after closing hours. Angel (the manager) then fixed the issue and also shipped the correct RAM kit to me in Oklahoma. 5 stars.

In all honesty, I love Micro Center. It’s one of my favorite places to window shop—super clean, well-organized, and staffed with people who actually know what they’re talking about. The employees here are clearly passionate, and that alone makes it a standout in a world of tech stores full of blank stares and shrugged shoulders. But let’s be real: there are a few major things holding this place back from being a 5-star experience. First off, the fact that they don’t have a working phone number is flat-out frustrating. Sometimes you just want to call and ask a quick question—but you’re forced to either drive over or dig through their website for answers that might not even be there. Second, the pricing and service structure feels… greedy. I spent over $6,000 on a custom computer here—buying everything from them—and they still wouldn’t include a free data transfer or waive the build fee. I get that services cost money, but when you’re dropping that kind of cash, a little customer appreciation would go a long way. Third, the build service itself was overpriced and incomplete. When I got the PC home, I had to update the BIOS myself—which should’ve been done as part of the build. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s sloppy. And don’t even get me started on how much they charge for PC repairs. At the end of the day, Micro Center is a great place to buy parts and browse, but when it comes to support and service, it misses the mark. It’s a 10/10 for product selection and knowledge—but a 0/10 for customer-first policies. That averages out to a solid 3 stars in my book.

Great store for computers, gaming, printing, 3d printing and likely more. We received very good service while my son picked out parts to build his PC. They treated him with respect like an adult, never trying to change his mind or make him feel like he didn't know what he was talking about. Huge respect from me for that. They had exactly everything he wanted in stock. Check out process was smooth and easy. Overall great experience. We drove from Tulsa just to go to Micro Center, and after this experience I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

One of the very, very few brick-and-mortar stores where you can go and actually find what you were looking to buy. It's in stock. You're able to locate it. The price is correct. If there is any issue then there are several exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful salespeople to assist you. Fantastic selection of products and good prices. I've never been here and not asked multiple times if I needed assistance...and not because they have to ask, but because they're genuinely able to.
