The experience it self was good, we sat right away but my daughter had to wait a while to get started. Von was super sweet with and she had a wonderful experiences. The guy I had was nice and was very thorough and spent a lot of time which I appreciate. Unfortunately, my cuticles got an infection the next day. I decided to try the dazzle dry nail polish, which applies the same way as regular nail polish it was 20 dollars extra, and it chipped the next day, it supposed to last like 7-10 days. So that was very disappointing. I only give it a three star because people were nice.. timing ok and polish quality poor.

First time here and it was a GREAT experience! They were able to squeeze me in last minute and made me feel very welcomed. I had Heidi and she was so detail oriented- I think this is the first time I’ve had no flaws when getting acrylics. My nails were perfect! Not too thick and no crooked ones!!! I felt bad that my design took a while and they had to stay a little after closing to finish, but she still took her time ensuring they were perfect (didn’t rush the process to get me outta there)! They checked on me frequently, offering drinks and if I needed anything. They called me by name from the moment I walked in. It’s very spacious and clean as well. Definitely coming back here! New favorite nail salon! EDIT: I’ve had good experiences since my previous review, even recommending this place to friends and family, however this latest experience was disappointing enough for it to be my last time going here and start looking for a new salon. As a non-confrontational person, it is difficult for me to speak up for myself, but it’s expensive to get your nails done these days!! So I wanted to walk away loving my nails especially since these were for my birthday. The pedicure service was great (even though in the past they’ve given me rose scent when I booked the lavender service). Still I did not say anything these times, because I hate being a difficult customer. First thing to go wrong was my designs… after correcting her 3 times on how I wanted the design, she still ended up not doing what I wanted and at that point I just felt frustrated because I didn’t know how else to ask since the first 2 times was hard enough for me and I felt bad to make her wipe it off AGAIN. She was messy as well and got polish on my fingers and back of my hands. I think perhaps the tech that did my manicure had some personal stuff going on because she seemed very stressed and took a seemingly frantic phone call during my service. Now normally this does not bother me, we all have things going on and have bad days, but the fact that I had to repeat myself multiple times and still didn’t get what I wanted and she was messy and rushed my service is frustrating. I was also upset that they kept pressuring my mom into getting gel polish so they could upcharge the $20. I 100% understand as a salesperson offering everyone gel to try to make more money, but when she declined not once, not twice, but three times that she did not want gel polish, they STILL kept harassing her about it. Even roping me into it and asking “your mom doesn’t want gel polish?” As if she isn’t a grown woman who can make her own decision. So my mom caved and got the gel polish just so they would stop asking her about it. After 2 times, you should respect your customer’s choices. I will say, part of the reason they perhaps rushed my service was because a party of like 6 or 7 women came in after us without reservations (they got their days mixed up) so I think they felt rushed to finish so they could help the group. I wanted to be forgiving since my tech seemed to be having a bad day and they were booked and busy. I could’ve disregarded all this if it weren’t for the fact that 3 days after my service, the polish on my acrylics started chipping. NEVER in all my years of getting acrylics has my gel polish chipped!! This is what has led me to change my review today. I think I was very forgiving for all the other minor issues, but I spent $200+ on my mani/pedi and for the polish to not even last more than a few days is ridiculous and upsetting. Plus $20 extra for the gel polish so that this wouldn’t happen in the first place!!

I absolutely LOVED my time here today. This is my second time here (the first time ain’t quite go as I would have wanted it to, but the owner made it right and I walked out feeling better) and I can confidently say I have found my techs. You know what I mean? I’ve never had an experience like the one I had today. I am a fan, my wife LOVES my sets. I got toes to match. 100% freestyle done on hands and feet- all I asked for was roses, black red glitter and glam. And they both showed up and showed out! I’ve never had so much fun! HUGE shout out to Tony and von for taking care of me! I will be back! Ps: I asked von for extra care on the sides of my toes with the callus remover and she did not skip a beat!
