I thought the other reviews were exaggerating, but the service really is as good as people say. I’m new to running, so I wanted some guidance in finding the right shoe. The lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) inspected my running form, asked me about my running experience and any problems I was having, and then suggested 5 different shoes from different brands. I was allowed to do a lap of the parking lot in each pair before committing to buying anything, which I’m still amazed by. I eventually settled on a very reasonably priced pair of brooks, and 100km later I am extremely happy! This place seems to be staffed by truly passionate experts, I can’t recommend them enough.

So helpful and great options. Had no idea I’d been wearing the wrong size running shoes my whole life and you need to go up at least a half size. She looked at my walk, took into consideration that I have custom orthotics, and recommended five pairs based on that. They might not have as many color options as big box stores, but the personalized help is worth the trade off.

I had an incredible experience with the team at this store. A long time ago, there was a different running shop at this location I would go to while growing up. I was back in town visiting and had some questions about newer shoes on the market. Shelby provided excellent customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly at this store. Shelby listened to a bit of my running history and goals before making some suggestions. Shelby let me try almost a dozen shoes for a quick spin before I finally settled on a new pair. If you are looking for some new running gear or sports nutrition, do not sleep on this shop. And if you were an old movin shoes customer, you will certainly not be disappointed with a visit to Milestone Running. I will definitely come in to restock on gels or join a social run if I get a chance the next time I’m in town.
