Moku Hawaiian Grill is definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re craving fresh, flavorful island-style food. The dishes were super fresh and full of flavor you can tell they take pride in the ingredients and preparation. The young man at the cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk us through the menu and help us make the best choices based on what we were in the mood for. The vibe inside is clean and relaxed, with a nice little dining area that makes it easy to sit down and enjoy your meal comfortably. The only downside, and it’s a small one, is that they charge for extra sauces. One little container doesn’t quite feel like enough, and it would make the experience that much better if they included more without the extra fee. That said, it’s a minor thing in the big picture because everything else was great. Overall, it’s a solid 5 star experience, and I’ll definitely go out of my way to come back again.

Moku’s never disappoints- everything was delicious and very satisfying! The Katsu and the kalua were especially good, and we very much enjoyed the kimchi slaw and Mac salad sides too. Portion sizes are filling and prices are reasonable.

Super casual dine in or take out. Delicious food. The kimchi coleslaw is the best! I love the Kahlua pork and the mochico chicken is a favorite also. They also have macaroni salad and edamame. The garlic edamame is yummy. Generous portions and super fast service.

Came back here after 4 years to have another amazing meal and was sadly disappointed. My entire group did not like their food, everything was dry and tough. The rice was so bland that it didn’t add anything to the meal. I should have just got dole whip. 😅

Been going here on a weekly basis for months and today was the first time I had bad service. There's 4 employees working behind the counter, with what looks like, only one employee actually doing anything, the female employee is multi tasking between online orders and taking care of the in store line while the 3 male employees seem to be trying to look busy but not actually doing much of anything except shuffling their feet. Its absolutely unacceptable for me to be first in line and yet be told, several times, I will be right with you, so you can fill all your online orders while Im actually in the store waiting with several people behind me, and all we keep hearing is, I will be right with you, over and over again because she didn't get "right with me" no I had to wait and wait despite being first in line. Then they run out of what I want and im forced to pick something else or wait..... all of this while again, Im first in line.... just standing there while the food dissappears so she can "be right with me" That's not how customer service works in food service but it looks like just a bunch of kids with no customer experience. They dont care and it showed today. Very disappointed especially with how much we eat here or use to eat here. Maybe its bad management, it seems logical you would have one employee taking care of the in the store line and one employee taking care of online orders and one cooking and one on register, at least through the dinner rush. I cant imagine any of the 4 employees were managers in any capacity, so I would suggest correcting that error as these 4 kids did not know how to treat your customers.
