Basically an easier version of the Appalachian Trail (this section). Very beautiful with many things to see. Make sure to plan your water. I was able to filter some of the smaller streams but there weren't many. It obviously gets crazy humid during the summer near the lake, so take lots of breaks and drink plenty of electrolytes.

Always enjoy spending time on the MST. This was a new section for me, Possum Track to Raven Ridge out and back.

Awful experience here. The trail is surrounded by McMansions and flooded by entitled people that don't think they have to follow the law. We encountered 8 people with dogs off their leashes. Most of them didn't care other hikers.
