Just had a regular manicure done at this place that’s terrible and I got cut on the right thumb (cuticle), the fan was filthy dirty and the lady had zero desire to do my nails, focused on anything else but not my nails , got charged $45 and forced to tip 15%. Honestly this was not worth it the time or money. I would say DO NOT GO and ask for pricing ahead of time.

Everything was going well. I asked for a regular manicure with the tips to be cleared so it appeared like a French and can last longer. Didn’t get that just a regular manicure. Although Luz was very nice - what shocked me was the cost for a regular manicure …$45 dollars plus I left her a $10 dollar tip. Most expense manicure I’ve gotten in my life and needless to say, I won’t be going back. Overall, I guess I was paying for location but realistically I’d expected $25 max for a regular, simple manicure.

4th review: third time having a problem with MISMANAGEMENT BOOKING APPOINTMENTS. 3 of 4 times I booked here there was an issue with wrong scheduling; booked and requested an specific professional when I got at the salon was her day off; booked appointment for extensions and was allocated only 30 minutes ( you can ever do it in 30 min) now need to wait 2h for the next availability. Requested a specific professional for appointment at 12pm and she doesn’t start to work till 2pm ! What a mess!!! 3rd review : MANAGEMENT PLEASE BUY NEILPOLISH GEL!! I come here for the fantastic work that the girls do but ZERO options for GEL nail polish is a shame (just blue, red and whatever horrible color that is left ). This lack of material is sincerely making me consider to find somewhere else. I literally spent the last 3 months with the same nail polish color because there is nothing left and nothing new! I am visiting here with my mom from Florida and just randomly I thought it would be great for her to get her nails done. We had a great experience here. Zaira was amazing, patient, and very friendly. She was very gentle on my mom’s hands and nails which was very important to us. The manicure came out beautifully, it also helped that she speaks Spanish, which saved me the work from having to translate. If you ever decide to come here, definitely ask for her. Towards the end of the appointment Labib asked if we wanted a 15 minute complimentary massage and I accepted it. He was very attentive on the pressure. He adjusted it to my needs which was great. As someone who’s always tense, this was a great opportunity for me to relax. Again, all around a great experience. If we ever come back, I would definitely go again.

The reason they have such a high rating is because they kind of force you to leave a review at checkout, and of course, I gave them five stars while I was there. But looking back, it wasn’t really deserved. I called ahead to ask how much a dip manicure would be, and they quoted me $55. When I left, I somehow ended up spending $125, including tip. One thing that caught me off guard was the $20 charge to remove the dip—it’s fine, but I really wish they had mentioned it before. Honestly, $20 to remove a dip manicure when you’re there to get a new one seems a bit much. I also paid an extra $20 for chrome, which is standard, but the final result was nothing like the picture I showed. What really bothered me was the actual service. The manicurist made my fingers bleed at least five times. It was painful, and I had to take a break because I was worried the cuts could get infected, especially since she kept dipping my bleeding fingers into the powder. Also, dip manicures are supposed to be a little thick, but this was next level—easily half an inch thick from the nail bed up. The chrome was nothing like I expected, either. I’m giving them two stars because they gave me a free 15-minute massage, and I did go back the next day to have them remove the chrome and file my nails down. But overall, I won’t be coming back. It was a really disappointing experience, and based on my experience with dip manicures, I’d be surprised if other services were any better.
