I am not impressed with the customer service at the NEX home store. We were told that we wouldn't be charged a re-stocking fee for a sectional we had ordered & returned, except for the part that had to be ordered. They had two of the sections in stock, but the other had to be ordered. We were also told that after returning the sectional, we would be automatically refunded in 1-5 business days. After the 5 days & not seeing the return, we called & they said we had to physically go in to get our money refunded. It's not exactly a small amount of money we were waiting for & isn't convenient for us to keep going in. I asked to speak to a supervisor a few times & they were never available. The associate said it would be better if we came in. Why?! Is there no system to follow up on things? For 5 days, no one contacted us about refunding our money for the RETURNED couch. It seems very sketchy to me. When my husband went in for the refund they charged him the re-stocking fee for the entire couch & said whoever told us we would only be charged for the part ordered, was wrong. I am beyond frustrated that we were continuously told conflicting things & that they didn't hold themselves accountable for telling us we wouldn't be charged the full re-stocking fee. I know without our business they will do just fine, but wanted to warn others of our experience. I hope you have a much better one

Nice size exchange. Looks close to the size of Norfolk. I do like how they split the stores so it's not as crowded unless you got the big coupon off this week.

the staff at the electronics section, specifically the phones section, were very helpful. I had a slight complicated case and they were able to offer me a phone and home internet bundle plans that I needed to save a lot of money and only spend on the plan I will actually use.
