I have been going to this Tandy leather for more than 5 years and I've always had the best customer service any one could ever ask for. Today I want to give my big thanks to the manager James who has gone above and beyond to help me out with a repair on a very important garment that needed a new snap. I would recommend this Tandy to anyone who needs leather, leather working tools, or just some advice or help with leather projects. I've spent a significant amount of money on leather and tools over the years at Tandy and one of these days I'm going to have to take one of their cool leather project classes. Hats off to James and his crew here!

Great customer service. I’ve been buying tools from various Tandy stores for 20 years, never had one break until now. I bought a hole punch a week and a half ago and one of the prongs split within 30 holes being punched. They replaced it no problem. I really like this location, the employees are welcoming. Out of all the Tandy’s I’ve been to this is my favorite so far.
