He asked me questions, was patient with my feedback, and encouraged me to use the rock wall to make sure the shoes were perfect. We went through many pairs and sizes to find the perfect fit. He is so passionate about the outdoors! He is genuinely a kind, down to earth guy. Being a woman and getting into rock climbing is intimidating. When I look around the room in these "outdoorsy" spaces, it is usually ~80% men, but Kollin made me feel so comfortable. He always asked for my consent whenever making hands on adjustments/checks which I really appreciated. I am so excited to break in my shoes at the gym and outside! I am so ready to get deeper into the sport. I will probably go back here for the rest of my gear. Thank you Neptune, and thank you Kollin!
