This trail is BEAUTIFUL. I was able to rent a bike from The Bike Guy (so conveniently located) and ride around 32 miles of this trail! You could ride twice that far if you want to! The trail is in such good shape (with the exception of one spot where there's a detour to avoid construction). I loved the bridges, seeing the little deer on the side of the trail, and enjoying all the nature sounds and smells. This was a favorite adventure of mine.

Awesome trail for all levels. It's very scenic with wildlife and river(s). It's very shady, so even on a hot day, you can still get those steps and miles in. As always, be mindful of your surroundings. I have seen a few snakes and coyotes while walking and cycling. They were as interested in me as a child in church but never take that for granted because wildlife can be very unpredictable. Also, it is a great place to create your own white noise or relaxing sounds. I've seen a few people doing that in the early mornings and evenings. Anywho, enjoy getting and staying healthy!! Remember - A thousand miles begins with the single step.
