This theater is gorgeous and easy to get to, enter and exit. The staff was efficient, the facility was clean, fabulous acoustics, and the seats were very comfortable. Wow, this Fall for Dance online ticketing today was a total fiasco. I don't appreciate trying for nearly 2 hours on a beautiful Sunday and being bounced out of the rooms and hung up on the phone. I like dance but this is souring me on future experiences with City Center. I suggest you prepare better when you have an online ticket offer. This has been a very unpleasant customer experience and I question future attempts with this organization.
