This tour has been one of our trip highlights! It was so special to see Manhattan from the Hudson and the East rivers and to be the only boat next to the Statue of Liberty when it lit up in the evening. Captain Joel was wonderful guiding us during the trip and providing great information and stories. He was also so kind with our 9 yo son. The communication with David was also very smooth for the booking and to check alternative timings due to the changing weather conditions. OUTSTANDING!!! Captain Joel and the Tireless made for the most memorable experience we’ve ever had in NYC. We’ve been on ferries to Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but never a tour of the harbor itself. It was so much nicer being on a boat with just 5 other people. Definitely felt like a personalized experience. There's so much history that Captain Joel shares as he makes several stops along the way. To be able to see the harbor landmarks and the city skyline from this vantage point was just amazing. The boat was meticulously maintained, had all the appropriate safety equipment, and is well-appointed with basic drinks, a Bluetooth speaker, and a cabin with a restroom. You’re able to bring any food or drink you want to make your tour that much more comfortable. We highly recommend Captain Joel and New York Harbor Tours. NY Harbor Tours was incredible! This was our second time with this company with Joel as our guide. He is an incredible wealth of knowledge and made the trip so fun and relaxing! We did the Downtown 1.5 hour Loop tour which was perfect for our 12-13 year old daughters to take in the history and views of Manhattan Island! You will not regret booking with this company. Highly recommend New York Harbor Tours! We did the sunset cruise (on the Tireless) in early May and had an amazing time. The views and the captain were incredible. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our group of 4 and let us take as many photo breaks as we wanted. It was a chilly evening and they even had blankets available for us. They also had a phone charger! Would absolutely book with them again, you can’t miss this intimate way of seeing New York like you’ve never seen before.
