This is a nice establishment with a plethora of clothing and shoe options. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service…the only friendly person was the cashier. I saw two employees on the floor that NEVER initiated a spoken word. I wanted a pair of shoes that were on the wall but had no idea where the other shoes were located…since no one asked if I needed help… I had to ask for help. I asked the young lady where I could find the shoe on the wall among the inventory. The young lady did not say anything … she walked off… so I assumed I was supposed to follow her… the young lady pointed to the shoe I was looking for and walked off again. It would have been nice if she would have asked what size shoe I needed….SAY SOMETHING! The employees that worked the floor on May 6, 2023 are in need of some intensive customer service training!!!!!
