Great place to train. Im currently training for the military. So it's an ideal place to practice my 1.5 mile run, do sprint drills and all my prescribed workouts. Fitness groups also train there. Walker and runners of various levels. Track season starts in september so the track use will be limited to the teams then So now is a great time to hit the lanes. Had a PST today and my time improved thanks to the practice I put in here. Lets go #trackgeorgia

Great Track, however I wish they would communicate when they change the rules as to whether the track is open to the public or not. I was informed of a $500 fine if I was caught using it, however, I was previously told by the owners that it was perfectly fine that I came here to exercise. Other than the miscommunication, I love the facility it is very nice, great place to exercise and if anyone is able to inform me about the rules now, that would be great!
