A nice park situated in a slightly quieter area of downtown Portland. At the time of our visit there was a brew fest occurring. The grounds looked well maintained. Plenty of trees provide shade ample shade. Several park benches align the paved walkway. Seemed safe enough to visit during the day.

A nice park with a rough edginess. I love North Park blocks. It's definitely a pillar of the chinatown community. It's not super classy. You will see a lot of homeless folks and some gang members possibly and some other characters. But I've lived in the area, and i have brought my son to the area a lot of times, and I've never had problems. At night, it can be a little sketchy. But it's a nice little park that's great for people watching or playing basketball at the court. This is the kind of park you bring you 40 oz malt liquor and basketball to play at 6 am, hahaha!

What a great experience. It was quiet and exactly what I needed to decompress after the crap storm I've had over the last few years. It was very refreshing, and the gentleman was nice.

Good for bocce. Good place to shoot hoops. Lots of big trees... Stick to the paths and watch your step. Often a lot of people around at various levels of inebriation.

Sunny and relatively quiet day at the blocks. Our walk was pleasant & peaceful. Was only accosted for a cigarette once, and it from across the road as we exited our car, the entire time we were there. Not too muddy or trash strewn. The constuction across @ wasn't even all that noisy today. Will visit again.
